I hope one day you'll understand how much resentment you left in me, you'll maybe taste the crumbs of the dissapointment you gave me. I hope, instead, that you might never understand totally, from my eyes, how much I loved you: what you lost, you might never forgive yourself.
And sitting here thinking of who? Of what?
Being afraid of tomorrow and then remembering I shouldn't be because I was afraid of today too... wanting to scream "I'm free" and then finding myself amongst four walls. Having a dream and not managing to follow it and then one day, you think, I can do it and then the world will know me.
But in the end we're all free, close your eyes and dream, at least no one will tell you what to do.
You realize it slowly... you are aware of when your face changes: your smile is full of sadness, your eyes are lifeless and your heart becomes as cold as snow... then you are slowly aware of the fact that you're dead, just like a rose loses its petals... on the last petal, you realize something is about to change, in good or bad something has changed.
The disappointment of someone who pretends to be a way and then turn out to different, is hard to get over. Sometimes we let ourselves be tricked by simple words, angelic gazes, false politeness. Luckily, the true nature always comes out letting us understand what we really have in front of us.
